Eco-Friendly New Home

Letitia started working with the clients at the beginning of the building process, creating a Complete Master Plan design for this traditional home in Shorewood, Minnesota.

She coordinated all the furnishings and selections for the entire home using the clients’ favorite colors, and selected eco-friendly products. Tan walls and white linen trim are a classic look that really set off the architectural details of this comfortable “cottage” style home, while the touches of soft green add contrast. Warm textures in tile and fabrics complete the ambiance. The end result is a casual, traditional style that is relaxed and welcoming.

“Letitia was a fantastic guide through the endless maze of colors, finishes, and furnishings I encountered when building my new home. She was able to distill a million choices down to two or three and always picked things I absolutely LOVED! Her attention to detail is something I appreciate every single day as I get to wake up each morning in a house that fits me perfectly. THANK YOU LETITIA!”
