Step 2 - Creating the Master Plan
After your initial discussion, Letitia will develop a comprehensive design plan that brings together all of your desired design elements. This “Master Plan” consists of space planning, as well as actual furniture selections, window and floor coverings, paint, lighting, cabinetry, tile, and other components that will create your total look. Letitia will also present and discuss 2-3 alternative plans, so you can see how different design options may work in your space. This applies to any space in your home including kitchen and bath.
Step 3 - Implementing the Master Plan
Once you’ve chosen your Master Plan, the next step is to order furnishings. You can purchase all of your items at once, or order them over time. Letitia will manage the entire project for you, from design to installation. And, because the Master Plan documents the complete scope and details of your project, you’ll be able to make decisions with certainty and avoid costly mistakes as you progress through building or remodeling.

This is when all the elements come together—the finished product. You’ll have a completely coordinated space that fits your personality, reflects your lifestyle, and integrates seamlessly into your home’s architecture.
